摘要

The IBAG Aquaschwingsortierer (hydrovibrating separator) of Type ASS and ASK represents a novel, cost-effective solution (EU-Patent) for the separation of organic components (coal; wood) from building materials (sand and gravel) according to DiN 4226; Part 3, and ZTV-K 88. Type ASS (sand) combines the functions of organic separation and dewatering of sand in one single unit. Moreover, it also enables a specific discharge and recovery of fine sand. Type ASK (size category) separates organic components (coal; wood) and other light materials (recycling of building material). With an extended discharge section, sizing can also be performed on this unit, for instance, a separation of the 16/32 mm fraction into a 16/22 mm fraction and a 22/32 mm fraction. The integration of the IBAG hydrovibrating separator into various plant concepts show that the operational and cost-effective targets set for the development of this unit have been achieved.
