摘要

Euroclass screens from Ammann Schweiz AC are especially suitable for use in demanding sizing applications (Fig.). They are suited for dry and wet operation and can also be used as de-watering screens. Thanks to standardized components, special sizes can be easily supplied. The rugged and durable screens are extremely low maintenance machines, incurring only very low operating costs. Another feature is their gentle handling of the feed material. The screens are available from a machine length of 3,900 mm up to a length of 9,000 mm with one to six screen decks. Theirthrough-put reaches up to 1,200 t/h at cut-points of 1-450 mm. When used as a dewatering screen, 600 m~3/m~2/h water is throughput with a 2-mm screening surface and up to 200 m~3/m~2/h water with a 0.8-mm surface.
