The characteristic of Shimpaku is mystical and sacred. Shinji commanded all his passions, power and technique on this tree. The result is supreme execution. The character of Shimpaku is expressed in its zenith. On Oct 7, 2003, the day of the 29th Sakufuten Judging, Shinji received his second Prime Minister Award, for Shimpaku. The first one was six years earlier. Every year in between, Shinji was always near the top, but not at "The Top" - the Prime Minister Award.
