摘要

This study is to established a kind of gray pharmacokinetics model for extravascular administration. The parameters are little than a typical compartment model, easy to calculate and the accuracy is better. The grey theories can used for the pharmacokinetics studies. Methods Establishing the gray pharmacokinetic model for extravascular administration, application of test data compared gray model with two-compartment model. Results comparing gray model with two-compartment model, therein before average and absolute error and average and relatively error were less than the latter. Conclusion The gray model is excelled than the two- compartment model.
