September 11,2001 began as an ordinary day for Betty Ann Ong,a flight attendant on American Airlines Flight 11.Little did she know that the aircraft she had boarded would be the first airplane to be hijacked on that infamous day.Shortly after the hijacking began,Betty chose to be involved and make a difference by taking action.She notified the American Airlines ground crew of the hijacking situation on board the airplane.
