摘要

Farmers and "foodies" are both using the services of D' Aubin Family Meats in Bridgetown, which lies in the central to western part of the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia. Foodies enter by the front door, passing by a very good likeness of butcher Ralph D' Aubin, carved in wood and welcoming customers from the front porch. Inside is a wide refrigerated counter with fresh cuts of beef, pork, and lamb, sausage and ground beef, and a variety of dairy goods. Old-fashioned shelves stock baked goods and speciality foods. The store also sells bones and liver and locally sourced chicken.
