Zhejiang Hualian Sanxin Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.(HLSXPC)is expected to put the first phase of its 600,000-ton/year PTA project into production at the end of this year.Situated in the Binhai Industrial Zone,Shaoxing County,Zhejiang Province,the company is investing 2.5 billion yuan(USUS300 million)in this project,which is the world's largest PTA installation adopting the technology of Eastman Chemical Products Inc.
