According to a joint investigation by Chinese and Japanese university professors,many foreign-funded enterprises(FFEs)in China have changed their investment motives.Low cost used to be the motive of Japanese investors for establishing enterprises on the Mainland,while European and American corporations set up ventures in China from the motives of sales.
