摘要

The Institute of Electronic Engineering and Electrotechnology (IEEE) established Working Group 802.15.6 for standards in digital data transmission through the human body (Body Area Network, BAN) in November 2007 [1]. Presently the BAN technology is the subject of laboratory research.This problem has been studied in our group since 2008. BAN is classified as a method of cordless communication that uses the human body as a medium for electric signal transmission. This method is valid for devices situated near the human body. This method also can be used for data transmission during handshaking (provided that at least one person has a BAN device).
