DAVID Bridgeman, president of the Clermont Landcare Association in Queensland, has a group of young bulls in the yard ready for the buyer to arrive. Although his property, "Morbridge", 50 km outside Clermont, has been in drought for many years, Bridgeman's water for his stock and the homestead comes from the underground aquifer.
