摘要

This paper describes a new approach to modeling of dynamical flow control procedures (mechanisms) in computer networks with blocking. The first part of this document describes a mathematical model of multi-center network with blocking and the way of obtaining the main measurements of effectiveness based on Quality of Service (QoS) requirement. Later on, an idea of the dynamical flow control procedures based on the Hidden Markov Models (HMMs) theory is described.
