摘要

The algorithm of inclusion and exclusion for binary vectors the probability of simultaneous occurrence of which governs the problem of statistical testing is considered. An analysis of the /i(0, l)-properties in i-digit vectors demonstrates that the process of recording binary events at the outputs of large integrated circuits may be described by means of probabilistic relations and implemented by a trivial digital apparatus. The investigations performed here lead to a generalization of the classical principle of inclusion and exclusion from the point of view of the probability of simultaneous occurrence of events and a description of a relation for the error miss probability.
