摘要

The following selection of ACRA registered cultivars are some of the original registrations and those that have come since. Many are still around today! As gardeners we tend to think about how the plant grows but the registration process is about showing that the cultivar is distinct, uniform and stable rather than its performance. As time has shown, there have been plenty of cultivars which have met the registration requirements but not lasted the test of time or consumer demand. The descriptions have evolved, some are more detailed than others but the format has remained much the same. Some have been edited and abridged for this publishing exercise.
