Personally, I love a good stat. Such as, "Thirty-eight per cent of Saab owners have a pretty good handle on the precise meaning of life" and "Just two per cent of Mondeo drivers don't like cheese." That's why I always look forward to the Reliability Index produced by Warranty Direct. Now, I must declare an interest here, as I do have some commercial relationships with Warranty Direct, but I have nothing to do with compiling this index, although I can access the most detailed stats.
