Six species, viz., Ailanthus altissima (Mill.) Swingle, Rhamnus triqueter (Wallich) Brandis, Morina longifolia Wallich ex DC., Acroptilon repens (L.) DC., Achyranthes aspera L., Persicaria capitata (Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don) Gross have been recorded fromPin Valley National Park in Lahaul-Spiti. Himachal Pradesh as new additions to the flora of Lahaul-Spiti, a cold desert of N.W. Himalaya. Of these, Acroptilon repens (L.) DC. is a new record for the state of Himachal Pradesh as well.
