摘要

The first step comprised selective pre-enrichment using lactose broth supplemented with sodium pyruvate and yeast extract + brilliant green agar. The second comprised direct plating of 7-h selective pre-enrichment onto XLD agar and simultaneous inoculations into Salmonella-1-2-Test. The method required only 26 h.
