摘要

Significantly higher NPK uptake, seed yield, husk yield and biological yield were recorded in line sowing than in broadcasting. Application of nitrogen at 40 kg ha~(-1) significantly increased weed population, seed yield and biological yield during 1998-99, while weed dry matter, NPK uptake and biological yield during 1999-2000 significantly increased upto 60 kg N ha~(-1). Increasing levels of nitrogen 40-60 kg ha~(-1) decreased husk yield. All the weed management treatments significantly reduced the weed population and weed dry matter production over weedy check. The maximum NPK uptake by crop, seed yield, husk yield and biological yield were recorded under two manual weedings, closely followed by isoproturon at 0.50 kg ha~(-1)+one H. W.
