摘要

Nickel boride (Ni_2B) nanocrystals were success fully synthesized via the reaction of NiCl_2 and NaBH_4 at 420 deg C with benzene as solvent.The yield is about 60%.The crystals were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD),transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS).Highly crystallized Ni_2B with an average size of 20 nm was obtained.
