The oil industry is viewing the pending transition to ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) with "angst," because of continuing disruptions from Hurricane Katrina and a confluence of other refinery challenges,and officials have begun to warn the complications may result in supply disruptions for diesel fuel later this year.
