Waikoloa, HAWAII - During the first three full days of the informal negotiating round for the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) here, negotiators have focused on market access, intellectual property rights, state-owned enterprises, rules of origin and e-commerce, as well as rules on environment and investment. A large number of these meetings took place on a bilateral basis between the United States and another TPP country.
