Kinesis Ltd (St Neots, England), a distributor and manufacturer of analytical instruments and consumables, is in aquisition talks with two German companies in its field to expand the company's geographic reach into Germany and continental Europe. "We have reached very definite agreements with our discussion partners and hope to finalise the transactions by the end of 2007," Hugh Davies, Kinesis' business development director, told Instruments.
