Twenty years after the company faced its potential end,The TTP Group plc(Royston,England) is renting a whole hotel in Paris and will take all of its 320 employees and their partners on a long weekend in December to celebrate the company's success.Back in 1987,the company,a technology spin-off from a management consultancy business,had failed to raise the necessary funds from public markets to finance a more focused expansion,and the people involved,including their families,had to make some drastic decisions:should they become employees again or raise money privately to finance the business plans?
