For full year calendar 2006,Sartorius AG(Gottingen,Germany)reported 8% growth in revenues from euro484.3 million(637.2 million ateuro0.76 = 1)to euro521.2 million,achieving a net profit of euro29.0 million,up 31 % from the prior year,and earnings before interest and tax(EBIT)of euro52.1 million,a rise of 19% compared to calendar 2005.Chairman of the board,Dr Joachim Kreuzburg,commented that this result,which met company predictions,marked a switch from"consolidation to acceleration"for the company.
