The Dolomite Centre Ltd (Royston, England), a company designing and manufacturing microfluidic technologies, has appointed John Morris Scientific Pty Ltd (Sydney, NSW/Australia), a supplier of scientific instruments in the South West Pacific Region, as its distributor. "Appointing a technical company as experienced and capable as John Morris Scientific will be instrumental in helping to secure business and manage customer relations in this territory", commented Gillian Davis, Dolomite's commercial director. Last year, 70-strong John Morris celebrated its 50th anniversary. The family-owned business, which distributes and services instrumentation into a variety of laboratories, from life sciences and environmental testing, to petrochemical and mining applications, is headed by chairman of the board Norbert Wyzenbeek, son of the co-founder.
