摘要

This paper is about a new laboratory testing principle which was developed with the aim to predict how an ink will perform on a press. Current test methods on the market do not always make such a judgement fuly possible. Because the interaction of ink and water has such a strong influence on the printing process, it is of vital importance that development and quality control procedures investigate these characteristics. The next information may be regarded as "old news", but I an going to present so as to paint a full picture.
