In their recently published article, Ueda and coworkers scrutinized the relation of QT dispersion (QTD) to left ventricular function determined by left ventriculography in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) who underwent primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) before, immediately after, at 24th hour, at 48th hour, and 6 months after procedure , They concluded that QTD at 24 and 48 h after PCI in AMI correlated with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) at 6 months after PCI.
