摘要

In hospitals, the analysis of health organisations is weak and does not seem suited to collaborative work. And often the inter-services communication is difficult. As for the systems interoperability, even with the considerable efforts that have been made to overcome those problems, they have not been able to establish a convincing solution to all the institutions of the medical field. In this paper, we propose an approach based on a service-oriented architecture (SOA). We aim to reduce the impact of the factors of field complexities on the implementation of the interoperable health and hospital information systems (HHIS). We leverage standard technologies of web services and of business process to develop a new model of architecture. This will offer a pretty clear overall view of the communication's schema; allowing cooperation between the various entities of the health organisation, in order to achieve the objectives of the continuity and the quality of care.
