Objectives: Surgical treatment of extensive cervicofacial lymphatic malformations is often challenging due to a high rate of postoperative fluid re-accumulation and lesion recurrence resulting from incomplete resection. This study suggests a combined treatment of surgical resection and postoperative adjuvant OK-432 sclerotherapy via closed suction drainage. Using comparative analysis, this study aims to evaluate the efficacy of adjuvant sclerotherapy.
