Introduction: Trigeminal sensory neuropathy is a rare disorder and can be caused by a diverse spectrum of diseases. Therefore the diagnosis is difficult. Methods: Case report. Result: We report a patient who has left sided loss of sensation over the distribution of the trigeminal nerve with the possibilities of either been caused by an impacted left mandibular third molar tooth or a pituitary macroadenoma. Conclusion: A thorough medical and dental history and investigation is essential when facing with a case of trigeminal sensory neuropathy.
