摘要

Two methods for linear electroelastic analysis are presented, both supported by a variational formulation of hybrid type for stresses. In the first formulation, the field variables are stress and density of electric flux, and mechanical and electrical equilibria are satisfied a priori in the field. In the second formulation, the field variables are stress and electric potential, and mechanical equilibrium and electrical compatibility are satisfied a priori in the field. In both cases, the remaining field and boundary conditions are met weakly. Two finite element models are developed and their performance is examined and compared with the one of the compatible finite element approach in some test cases reported in the literature.
