Libya's National Oil Corp. on Thursday announced an oil and gas find at it and Australian Woodside's F1-NC210 wildcat well. Drilled to a depth of 4,075 feet, an initial production test showed 42° API oil flowing at a rate of 280 b/d from the deeper Mamu-nivat formation, and gas at 10 MMcf/d from the Devonian sands.
