Belarus and Russia are expected to sign a deal imminently settling a dispute over oil supplies and transit terms, according to Russian Energy Minister Sergei Shmatko. "We hope that the agreement will be reached in the nearest future," Shmatko told Russian news agency RIA-Novosti.
