Nymex July crude futures finished down 15￠ at $70.47 per barrel Tuesday after hitting an intraday high of $72.77 as a volatile dollar and mixed economic news pushed prices in both directions. August Brent on ICE Futures closed flat at $70.24/bbl."I think some of the action over the last couple of days has been indicative of a market that may be tired on the upside," said Tom Bentz at BNP Paribas.
