摘要

Green-emitting (Sr_(0.9)Eu_(0.1))_3Si_(13)Al_3O_2N_(21) phosphor is synthesized and characterized in order to investigate the factors affecting photoluminescence efficiency. Electron spin resonance results and photoluminescence properties suggest that defects in the host crystal might give rise to color centers, which lower the photoluminescence efficiency of the phosphor.
