摘要

Mixed alkaline earth-based, rare earth-doped nitride phosphors, (Sr,Ca)AlSiN_3:Eu~(2+), were synthesized from metal hydride powders as raw materials under atmospheric-pressure heating conditions. The resultant phosphors were almost free from impurity phase and well crystallized by using CaH_2 as a flux. An intense red emission band peaking at about 644 nm was observed on (Sr_(0.42)Ca_(0.56))AlSiN_3 :Eu~(2+) and the peak position was shifted at the shorter wavelength side by increasing the Sr content than that of CaAlSiN_3:Eu~(2+).
