摘要

Two square-wave voltammetric (SWV) peaks, at potentials of ca. 0 and 500 mV (vs. Ag/AgCl) are observed at a porphyrin polymer modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode in Tris buffer solution (DH 8.3),that correspond to the electrooxidation of ascorbic acid (AA) and NADH, respectively. Additionally the proposed electrode is free of fouling problems, that are notorious at other modified electrodes. An interesting observation was that the peak associated with the AA electrooxidation was attenuated as the concentration of NADH increased indicating a competition in the electron transfer reaction between the two analytes studied. The NADH peak current was directly related to its concentration below 5 mM with a proportionality constant of 92 muA cm(-2) mM and with the detection limit of 0.5 muM. [References: 26]
