摘要

The voltammetric behavior of nordihydroguaiaretic acid (NDGA) has been studied (glassy carbon electrode, 20% acetonitrile-water medium) with different techniques. A DPV procedure is proposed to determine NDGA alone, at pH 4.0 with Britton-Robinson buffer. The sampled DC mode, together with the PLS type 1 multivariate approach, allows us to analyze NDGA in presence of TBHQ and PG. The proposed methods were applied for the determination of NDGA in different samples of olive oil, sunflower oil and packet soup, with, in general, satisfactory recovery results. [References: 28]
