I definitely agree with 2000-2001 President Peter DeVita's suggestions in the January/February 2001 issue ("Reflections on governance: Is it time for a three-year presidential term?" p.3). I can't imagine any corporation changing its CEO every year. Such a business would certainly be in disarray, which I believe PEO has been in for a number of years.For years, I despaired of seeing any changes in the management of PEO, but it seems that we can now see some movement in the right direction.
