The month of April in the Steel City of Rourkela made its start with celebrations at the heart of the city-Rourkela Steel Plant. India's first integrated steel plant in the public sector has good reasons to celebrate - first, RSP is now modernised and expanded; second, after many years the nation's Prime Minister Narendra Modi pays his visit in the premises of a steel plant and; third, the revamped RSP is going to be a part in fulfilling the nation's dream - 'Make in India'.
