ISRA VISION & PARSYTEC joined forces and have created the largest and most capable supplier of web inspection solutions. Exploiting the technology portfolios of both companies now results in an improved inspection product - espresso SMASH serving all paper applications: from specialty to graphic paper, from newsprint over board to tissue. espresso SMASH offers the highest detection performance due to digital line-scan cameras and LED lighting for optimized image quality. Additionally, FPGA capabilities contribute to the advanced image analysis. With the improved scalability of line-scan cameras, higher resolutions are now possible for materials with low surface roughness. In addition to the standard of 250 mu m espresso SMASH now supports 125 mu m. resolution.
