摘要

Neopachygaster admiranda sp. n. and Pachygaster emerita sp. n. are described from Israel. Eupachy-gaster subtarsalis Kriv., described from Azerbaijan, is recorded in Israel for the first time. Aspidacantha atra Kertesz, known from Israel and several regions of North and Central Africa, is redescribed. The Palaearctic fauna of the subfamily Pachygasterinae is characterized by the presence of monotypical genera or those including a small number of species. Many genera and species exhibit a great similarity in the venation of the wings, coloration of the legs, pubescence of the thorax, and structure of the scutellum, and this similarity complicates definition of a material not only at the specific, but also at the generic level.
