An improved key to the Palaearctic species of the genus Trissolcus Ashmcad (the flavipes morphological group) is provided.The key below was compiled in the course of examination of material deposited in the collections of the Institute of Zoology, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Kiev), and the Zoological Institute, the Russian Academy of Sciences (St. Petersburg). The type and comparative material from the following museums was also examined: Smithsonian Institution, Washington; Entomological Institute, Hokkaido University, Sapporo. Japan; Entomological Laboratory, Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan; Natur-historisches Museum, Vienna, Austria; Hungarian Natural History Museum, Budapest, Hungary; Museum National d'Histoire Naturelle, Paris, France; the Natural History Museum, London.
