A number of Europe's leading fresh produce companies have made significant moves into the fresh-cut convenience sector during the past year. Olympic Fruit Dutch fresh produce importer, exporter and distributor Olympic Fruit has launched a new productfor the table grapes market which it hopes will offer consumers and vendors added value in terms of health and convenience. Under the brand name Grapes to Go, the pre-washed, seedless fruit is packaged in a 200g 'shaker', designed to enable consumers toeat healthily during the course of a busy working day.
