The German hair care market, which also takes into account hair styling and colourant products, has seen minor gains in the past year although some insiders say this represents a more static situation, rather than being anything to write home about. According to the latest figures from IRI Germany, the hair care market grew by a slender 0.2% in both value and volume terms and so, while this wasn't exactly a cause for great celebration, it was certainly a better outcome than a decline.
