摘要

Surfaces of high-purity molybdenum single crystals were studied using low-energy ion scattering. The effect of the surface purity and ion bombardment on the intensity of the signal of backscattered ions is shown. Characteristic temperatures of the onset of the surface defect relaxation were revealed. The effect of the surface structure on the nature of the scattering of 3-keV He+ ions was studied.
