STUDY OF POPULATION OF ~(116)Sn STATES IN (pγ) REACTION

摘要

Spectra of γ-rays accompanying the (Pγ) reaction on 115In were measured for the first time. The measurement was carried out at the proton energies 3.5 and 4.0 MeV. The respective cross sections σ(pγ) = 0.5 ± 0.1 μb and 0.9 ± 0.1 μb and the relative population of the lowest discrete states of the ~(116)Sn nucleus were measured. Calculations by the statistical model and with allowance for the giant dipole resonance were carried out. Nonstatistical processes were shown to dominate.
