摘要

The precision figures of the Standard ISO 1211:1999/IDF 1D:1996 (the so-called Roese-Gottlieb method) for the determination of the fat content of raw cow milk were estimated through an international collaborative study. Twelve samples with fat contentin the range of 0.20 to 5.80 g fat/100 g were dispatched to the participating laboratories as blind duplicates. Results from 11 out of 15 laboratories were included in the final calculation of the precision estimates. The precision estimates expressed in g/100 g were found to be as follows.
