Agrium Inc. and Unocal Oil Co, of California said Dec, 14 that they have reached an agreement in their dispute over obligations under the Agrium/Unocal purchase and sales agreement, associated earn-out obligationsand gas supply issues for Agrium's Kenai, Alaska, nitrogen facility. The sale took place in 2000.
