The bullish trend remains alive and well as does the steepening trend that continues to dominate trading action in US and European bonds. While the 21 month old bullish trend in the US bond market is in its final leg, there is no chart indication that this move is complete, and the advancing pattern in European bonds has not yet run its course. This keeps bonds pointed higher while we watch for signs of a short to intermediate term correction in what will still be a dominatnt bullish trend.
