UK: Cemex has appointed Philip Baynes-Clarke as its new plant director at South Ferriby cement plant in north Lincolnshire with immediate effect. Mr Baynes-Clarke replaces John Whyatt, who has been in charge of the plant since 2002, and has been appointed as inbound operations director with responsibility for Cemex UK's cement raw materials as well as primary and alternative fuels.
